Micro-Power Semiconductor (HK) Ltd was founded in 2002, by David Li Ka Shing, as a Distributor of semiconductor equipment and materials to primarily the China market. The company grew over the 12 years to include the PCBA industry and R&D Institutes.

MPS's close partnerships have added geographic locations in western and southern China in order to reach the dynamic growth areas. Offices and/or employees have expanded in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Chengdu China.

Primarily calling on the difficult Defense, Medical, Industrial, and innovation R&D institute in China to bring advanced technology solutions to their MES 2025 ambitions.

In January 2019, MPS became part of The MILLICE Group of Companies as a STRATEGIC PARTNER. TMG has grouped together customer-centric operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand (and now HK and China) under a broad product and systems and inclusive umbrella so we can better support the Principals, Customers, and Industry we serve.
